Efficiency is king in today’s fast paced life, and here at Qotient, we’re always looking for ways to make your day-to-day sales tasks just a little bit easier.   

It’s only natural that with more sophisticated technology comes more complication, but we can’t help wishing there was an “easy” button by now for the sales process – hit the “Start” button, sit back, and an AI-bot does the cold call, collects the prospect’s details, records notes, sends out some relevant marketing collateral, records how it performed and eventually, closes the sale.   

We aren’t quite there, but it’s with an eye towards that vision that we focus our development efforts.  In addition to our available CRM integrations, Qotient makes it easy to work with external call lists.  You can add contacts one at a time, but we also allow you to upload a list to work from. If you are calling down a list and you plan to talk about the same thing with each person, you can assign a talk track so you can be most efficient. This is especially helpful during a game where there can be rewards directly tied to speed.  

 

Summary 

It’s 2020, and we’re still waiting on flying cars and robots who cook us dinner, but each day brings promising innovations in workflow efficiency, and we are excited to be a part of the movement!
